Job summary

TokenBrickLabs in Seattle is seeking a Web3 Developer to own the dApp layer, including wallets, signatures, indexing, and the on-chain to off-chain flows. The role is open as full-time or part-time and reports to the Product Engineering (Web3) team.

You’ll develop and deploy smart contracts for NFT-based property tokenization, integrate Web3 tooling (Web3.js, Ethers.js), and collaborate with backend/frontend teams. Knowledge of Ethereum and multi-chain gas optimization is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Web3 or blockchain development experience.
• Proficiency in Solidity and tools like Hardhat.
• Hands-on experience integrating wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect).
• Good understanding of Ethereum ecosystem, tokens (ERC-721 / ERC-1155), and transaction flows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy smart contracts for property tokenization (NFTs), ownership transfer, and transaction flows.
• Integrate blockchain interactions into the frontend using Web3.js / Ethers.js (wallets, transactions, signatures).
• Work closely with backend and frontend teams to connect on-chain logic with off-chain services.
• Support multi-chain setups (Ethereum / Polygon) and optimize for gas, security, and scalability.
• Contribute to architecture decisions around tokenization, payments, and ownership models.
