Job summary

Belmark is seeking a Web-to-Print Finishing Operator for the 3rd shift at our De Pere, Wisconsin plant. You will operate the Digicon Finishing Platforms, Coupon Folding Equipment, and Omega Inserter, ensuring high quality, safety, and productivity.

Overtime and shift differential apply; 3rd shift hours from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with potential cross-training in other Web-to-Print areas and routine maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to effectively use English.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and use a computer.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• Maintain quality, productivity and waste standards.
• Operate and maintain Web-to-Print finishing units.
• Perform routine maintenance and complete job paperwork.
• Cross-train in other Web-to-Print areas as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
