Job description

Belmark is seeking an individual to join our team at our Web-to-Print® Pressure Sensitive plant in De Pere, WI. What do we do? We create many of the labels, cartons, pressure sensitive and flexible film consumers see daily when shopping for various items. In this role you will be responsible for the operation of the HP Indigo Press Technology utilized in production in the Web-to-Print® Division. Must be responsive to customer needs. Overtime and flexible hours will be required. Expected to operate the machine at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce a high-quality product.

Schedule

• 3rd shift hours are from 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m., Sunday, 12:00 a.m.-6:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday
• Overtime after 36 hours!

Pay

• $23.00 - $25 per Hour. The hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials, ensuring fair compensation that reflects both expertise and responsibilities entailed.
• The shift differential for 3rd shift is $2.00 more per hour

What will I do in this role?

• Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• Responsible for complying with and following all standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to set standards.
• Perform all job tasks utilizing required personal protective equipment and correct safety procedures.
• Web the press.
• Clean the press.
• Perform routine press maintenance.
• Complete the necessary paperwork.
• Understand and properly utilize HP DFE Software.
• Keep work area and machine organized and clean.
• Responsible for meeting the 48 hour stated turn around objective.
• May cross train in other areas of Web-to-Print®.
• May operate In Line Die Cutting Equipment.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school.
• Ability to effectively utilize (writing, speaking, reading) the English language.
