Job summary

Belmark, Inc. seeks a Web to Print Coater/Operator in De Pere, Wisconsin. The role runs 2nd shift (2:00 PM–12:00 AM) with a base pay of $21–$23/hour, plus a $1/hour shift differential.

The position involves operating a coater to finish flexible packaging film, inspecting quality, and completing required paperwork. Responsibilities include following SOPs, maintaining safety, and performing routine press maintenance.

Qualifications

• Six months experience setting up and operating a press (preferred)
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Regular attendance is essential and overtime may be required

Responsibilities

• Follow all standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Use required PPE and safety procedures to perform tasks
• Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to standards
• Ensure product appearance and integrity
• Set up and operate the coater, including webbing and cleanup
• Mount plates as needed and perform routine coating press maintenance
• Move rolls for next jobs and inspect for defects
• Complete paperwork and maintain clean work area
• May assist in other departments as needed by supervisor
• Adhere to Safe Quality Foods requirements
