Job summary

Webstacks is seeking a skilled Strategist to lead and collaborate on diverse website projects for B2B tech clients, from discovery to launch. You will guide strategic direction with the lead strategist, PMs, designers, and developers to ensure client objectives and user priorities are met.

You will work with data to understand business goals and translate them into robust website strategies, content-driven UX, and measurable results in a fast-growing, ego-free team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in defining website strategies for complex web projects.
• Strong understanding of web principles, UI/UX, and tech stacks.
• Proven ability to drive strategic decisions under pressure with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with the lead strategist to build a high-functioning strategy department for website projects and retainers.
• Own project strategy for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with goals and scope.
• Create plans around client business goals using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Identify opportunities and plan post-launch scope for retainer transitions.
• Define strategy services and delivery methods with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain high quality standards for creative and technical outputs.
