Job summary

Jobtailor is hiring a frontend web developer in Arizona to build and maintain landing pages, forms, and reusable components across digital platforms. You will work with CMS tools like Sitecore and Optimizely, focusing on scalable, accessible, and responsive web solutions.

You will collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT, contribute to personalization efforts, and participate in Agile processes to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in web development or digital solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Optimizely, or Adobe.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from direction to completion.

Responsibilities

• You will build, maintain, and optimize landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components.
• You will support the transition of CMS tools and ensure scalable, modern web solutions.
• You will contribute to personalization and audience targeting efforts.
• You will collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT to translate requirements into web solutions.
• You will ensure accessibility (WCAG/A11Y), responsive design, and brand/SEO compliance.
• You will participate in Agile sprint planning, story refinement, and delivery.
• You will assist in A/B testing to improve digital performance.
• You will identify and resolve front-end issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
• You will document workflows and technical requirements.
• You will independently manage tasks from direction to completion with accountability.
