Job summary

State of Florida is seeking a Website and SharePoint Administrator/Systems Project Consultant to manage two Ibexa DXP websites and support a SharePoint environment. You will ensure security, accuracy, and usability aligned with agency goals, while implementing best practices and governance.

The role includes collaboration with stakeholders, troubleshooting, and guiding platform improvements, with a focus on Power Automate flows, Power Apps, HTML/CSS, and DFFS-based forms.

Qualifications

• Experience managing SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, architecture and governance.
• Hands-on creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and front-end troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with JSON formatting and SharePoint REST API or other integration methods.
• Experience with Ibexa DXP or similar enterprise CMS and DFFS.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Ibexa DXP websites, including content publishing and QA.
• Monitor performance, accessibility, security, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes with IT or vendors.
• Administer SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions.
• Support new features, design updates, and platform improvements.
• Track analytics to guide content optimization and UX decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine custom solutions and automate processes.
• Provide guidance, documentation, and training for website and SharePoint users.
