Job summary

Banner Engineering seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer for web and ecommerce to ensure reliability of the bannerengineering.com site and multiple storefronts. You’ll collaborate with IT/OT and development teams to deliver quality, compliant web experiences that support marketing and sales initiatives.

The role requires 2–5 years of QA experience with AEM or enterprise CMS, ecommerce platforms, and Scrum practices. Hybrid work in Minneapolis, MN with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or significant relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
• 2–5 years of QA experience testing websites and web apps
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and Jira or similar ticketing systems
• Experience with test automation and one programming language (e.g., Python, Node)
• Experience with databases/SQL and enterprise CMS (AEM)
• Experience with ecommerce systems (B2B/B2C) and multi-storefront environments

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability of Banner's websites and ecommerce platforms (B2C/B2B)
• Write acceptance criteria and test cases
• Refine bug reports into actionable tickets
• Develop and execute regression test plans
• Support UAT and business acceptance testing
• Create and maintain user-facing and internal documentation
• Engage in Scrum events and team initiatives
