Job summary

Sonos LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Ecommerce QA Specialist to join the Site Production team, auditing and testing digital experiences before publication. This hybrid role supports Boston, Seattle, or Santa Barbara offices and involves coordinating with stakeholders for user acceptance testing and email QA.

The ideal candidate has web testing experience, knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out tests in support of new experiences on sonos.com.
• Help the Site Production team drill into a broken piece of code or bad configuration using troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Obsess over the details and ensure the finished product meets the initial experience requirements and performs across devices and browsers.
