Uline, a leading distributor, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure our ecommerce platforms deliver a seamless experience for customers and employees. You will perform functional, system, integration, regression and UAT testing for web, desktop and backend applications, partnering with developers and business teams in an Agile environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of QA testing experience; familiarity with Azure DevOps and SQL, Postman, Kibana and DBeaver is

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years of software and web quality assurance testing.
Ability to coordinate test environments and test data for planned testing.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (TFS) and automated testing tools preferred.
Experience with SQL, Postman, Kibana and DBeaver a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform functional, system, integration, regression and UAT testing for web, desktop and backend applications to deliver reliable software.
Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts using Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS).
Support testing across eCommerce and mobile platforms for Uline’s U.S., Canada and Mexico websites.
Partner with developers, business teams and vendors to identify, troubleshoot and resolve software issues in an Agile environment.
Track performance and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools that increase testing efficiency and software quality.
