Job Description:

Lounge Lizard Worldwide, Inc., an innovative and expanding Long Island-based Web Development and Digital Marketing firm established in 1998, seeks an energetic and highly organized Web Project Coordinator to work remotely in NY, VA, FL, OK, and TN.

The Web Project Coordinator will oversee the design, development, and implementation of websites, mobile apps, web-based applications, and digital marketing initiatives. The role involves client communication, project leadership, organization, and management of multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills are essential to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple web design and development projects from inception to completion.
2. Create sitemaps for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
3. Research and prepare documentation for developers.
4. Conduct quality assurance testing.
5. Engage with clients to understand their website goals and propose innovative solutions.
6. Coordinate and communicate project priorities to designers and developers to ensure timely milestones.
7. Track project progress, prepare reports, maintain plans, identify issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Set realistic timelines and manage project execution accordingly.

Required Skills, Competencies, and Qualities:

• At least 3+ years of experience managing web development projects.
• Bachelor’s degree; degrees in Visual Design, Marketing, or Computer Science are a plus.
• Experience with WordPress, Magento, Shopify, and project management tools like Active Collab or Basecamp.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for aesthetically pleasing websites.
• Ability to organize and communicate priorities effectively within project teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and independent work ethic.
