What You’ll Do
- Own the planning, coordination, and execution of high‑impact web projects such as site migrations, redesigns, platform transitions, and integrations.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Ensure on‑time delivery and clear communication with stakeholders across departments.
- Oversee the web ecosystem—including tag management systems, web analytics tools, and related integrations. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Lead cookie consent and tracking compliance efforts, including governance of tag management systems and alignment with global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Partner closely with teams across Marketing, IT, Product, and external vendors to align web initiatives with business needs and ensure technical feasibility.
- Establish and enforce processes for content publishing, system changes, and site performance. Maintain a strong focus on scalability, accessibility, and site health.
- Develop clear, step‑by‑step guides for key CMS workflows, allowing self‑serving of routine tasks.
- Take on ad‑hoc digital projects and cross‑departmental efforts that require strong program management and strategic execution.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, including risks, dependencies, and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in web marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proven track record of driving major web initiatives that support growth, scalability, accessibility, and performance improvements.
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, etc.) and web optimization techniques.
- Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application to web design and content strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of cookies and tracking compliance and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, and business intelligence tools.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot).

Compensation: $95,000—$125,000 USD.
