Job summary

DeKalb Health in Tulsa, OK seeks a Web Press Helper to support setup, operation, and quality control on web press equipment. You will assist Press Operators, manage materials, and ensure safety and efficiency.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn all aspects of web press processes. On-the-job training is provided with full-time hours and opportunities for cross-training.

Qualifications

• G.E.D. or High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience in printing, manufacturing, production, or machine operation preferred.
• Web press or commercial printing experience preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training will be provided for applicable equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job tickets, work orders, production instructions, specifications, and other job-related documentation.
• Assist with the setup, start-up, operation, and shutdown of web press equipment.
• Assist with staging paper, ink, plates, rolls, supplies, and other materials required for upcoming jobs.
• Monitor paper, ink, registration, color, folds, cutoffs, and other quality requirements throughout the production process.
• Perform quality checks on printed materials to identify defects, inconsistencies, or other quality concerns.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform minor adjustments or repairs as directed.
