Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Previous printing/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude helpful for flexographic printing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job tickets, orders, and production instructions.
• Assist with setup, start-up, operation, and shutdown of flexographic printing equipment.
• Stage materials including paper, ink, plates, dies, and other supplies.
• Verify materials and supplies match job specifications before production.
• Assist with loading/unloading rolls and mounting plates as directed.
• Monitor quality and communicate issues to the Press Operator.
