Job summary

American Games in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking an experienced Web Press Operator to produce high-quality pull-tab tickets, bingo paper and related products. You will lead by example on the production floor and mentor others while ensuring exceptional print quality.

You will set up and run high-speed web presses, troubleshoot issues, read schedules and specs, and maintain production records. A continuous improvement mindset and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of web press or commercial printing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot printing equipment.
• Experience leading, mentoring or directing team members is preferred.
• Ability to read job tickets, production schedules and printing specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain high-speed web printing presses.

What You'll Do

As a Web Press Operator, you'll be responsible for operating high-speed web printing presses, maintaining outstanding print quality, troubleshooting equipment and supporting efficient production while helping develop the next generation of press operators.

Additional Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Set up, operate and maintain high-speed web printing presses.
