You'll work alongside experienced press operators, gradually taking on more responsibilities and developing technical skills. Schedule Mon-Thu, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM; High School Diploma or GED and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous printing experience not required; mechanical aptitude encouraged.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active during shift.
• Willingness to learn press operation and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with press setup, material preparation, and color adjustments.
• Learn setup, startup, operation, monitoring, changeovers and shutdown with supervision.
• Prepare press and materials for scheduled runs, load paper rolls, maintain ink levels.
• Read and follow job tickets and production specifications to verify requirements.
• Monitor print quality and communicate issues to operators.
