Job summary

Woodward Communications, Inc. is seeking a Press Operator to assist with setup, operation, and changeovers of web press equipment to support efficient production.

You will jog, stack, bundle, and prepare printed products for further processing or distribution. You will load materials and maintain supplies of ink, paper, plates, and other production materials during press runs; bend, mount, and remove printing plates; perform routine maintenance and monitor quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a printing, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, production documentation, and safety procedures.
• Demonstrated alignment with ESOP culture.
