Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, operation, and changeover of web press equipment to support efficient production.
• Jog, stack, bundle, and prepare printed products for further processing or distribution.
• Load materials and maintain adequate supplies of ink, paper, plates, and other production materials throughout press runs.
• Bend, mount, and remove printing plates as required for production.
• Assist with routine maintenance, cleaning, and preventative care of web press equipment and associated production areas.
• Monitor product quality and report production, equipment, or material issues to press operators and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pressroom environment.
• Accurately complete required production logs, records, and documentation.
• Participate in the Great Game of Business and support company initiatives.
• Adhere to all company safety standards, including general workplace safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand movements.

• Ability to work safely around moving mechanical equipment and production machinery.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, ink, and other production materials.
