Job summary

Walsworth is seeking a Web Press – Bundler to assist other Press Operators in the setup, operation and maintenance of web press equipment to produce printed materials. You will hang and position plates for correct color registration, adjust feeders and paper delivery, fix misfeeds or jams, and follow job tickets.

Safety is emphasized and you will take direction from Leads or Supervisors. This role may require overtime.

Responsibilities

• Hang and position plates to secure correct color registration.
• Fill water fountain with proper chemical mixture as directed.
• Adjust feeder guides, grippers and pile height for paper delivery.
• Correct misfeeds, misregister, and paper jams.
• Pack plates and blankets to secure proper pressures.
• Follow instructions on job tickets and safety guidelines.
• Take directions from Lead or Supervisor and perform other duties.
