Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience running a 40-inch web press.
• Demonstrated mechanical proficiency and numerical skills for calibration and issue resolution.
• Experience with color matching and ink preparation.

You will be tasked with configuring equipment for specific projects and ensuring all output meets precise specifications within a high-volume production setting.

Primary Duties

• Manage the operation of web press components such as roll stands, stackers, and folders in alignment with project specifications.
• Collaborate with the production department to organize schedules, ensuring that quality benchmarks and delivery timelines are consistently achieved.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on press hardware and keep accurate records of technical logs.
• Track the availability of necessary printing materials and alert management when equipment or supply replenishment is required.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all OSHA protocols, chemical safety guidelines, and AIB food safety standards.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience running a 40-inch web press.
• Demonstrated mechanical proficiency and numerical skills necessary for effective machine calibration and issue resolution.
• Experience with color matching and the preparation of ink mixtures.

Desired Qualifications
