This role focuses on optimizing frontend website performance to enhance user experience and drive eCommerce revenue. Position Overview for the Web Performance Engineer:

• Analyze and improve website performance using Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS).
• Investigate rendering, JavaScript, network, caching, image, and browser performance issues.
• Perform audits using Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools, WebPageTest, PageSpeed Insights, CrUX, and RUM tools.

Requirements for the Web Performance Engineer:

• 8+ years of frontend engineering experience with 3+ years dedicated to web performance optimization.
• Expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TS, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of browser rendering, Core Web Vitals, networking, caching, CDN, and HTTP protocols.
• Experience with Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools, WebPageTest, PageSpeed Insights, CrUX, RUM, mPulse, or Dynatrace.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.
