The Web Producer works as part of a team that builds and manages products to enhance the digital experience for consumers, patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and researchers as part of an integrated marketing and communications program.

Job Details

• Position: Web Producer
• Location: 100% Remote
• Pay: $50.00 per hour W2

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for HTML production of web pages.
2. Create web pages, forms, and upload videos and graphics.
3. Respond to update requests from content owners.
4. Manage translation and transcreation of web pages.
5. Provide guidance on content architecture and best practices.
6. Ensure quality of web content, HTML, meta data, and relationships.

Project Management

1. Manage assigned projects, define scope and timelines.
2. Collect assets needed for web pages.
3. Communicate project status and risks to content owners.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-7 years in Information Systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of relevant technology.
• Intermediate HTML skills.
• Experience with Drupal or similar CMS.
• Familiarity with issue tracking systems.
• Comfortable in Mac and Windows environments.
• Understanding of social media platforms.
• Basic project management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with Airtable or similar project management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Slack.
