ABW Medical is looking for a high-performing, commission-only Sales Lead Generator to help accelerate our growth in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), billing, and business transformation services.

What You'll Do:

• Leverage your existing network of healthcare executives, CFOs, COOs, and revenue cycle leaders to open doors and generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Prospect, identify, and engage new clients across hospitals, community health systems, medical groups, and FQHCs.
• Represent ABW Medical’s premium RCM, billing, and BTS offerings with professionalism, intelligence, and urgency.
• Act as a strategic partner in shaping opportunities, setting meetings, and driving value-led conversations.

What You Bring:

• A proven book of business and a high-trust network across the healthcare provider space (minimum 7+ years preferred).
• Experience in executive-level sales or business development within RCM, consulting, or healthcare services.
• Ability to convert relationships into warm leads and facilitate C-level introductions with ease.
• A hunter mindset with the polish and presence to represent a high-growth company to senior leaders.
• Commission-Only model with aggressive, uncapped commission structure.
