Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Web/Multimedia Programmer to support aviation training programs using established ISD processes.

The role develops interactive graphics, multimedia elements, animations, and web-based content for courseware. You will collaborate with SMEs to ensure materials are accurate, engaging, and instructionally sound, manage updates traceability, support proposals, and ensure ISD compliance across curricula.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field; 5+ years ISD experience.
• U.S. citizen required for DoD-related work.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite for multimedia development.
• Strong HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, and ActionScript skills.
• Experience with MS Project;熟练使用 Excel、PowerPoint、Word.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop course materials and multimedia for aviation training.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accurate, engaging ISD content.
• Maintain traceability of courseware updates across projects.
• Support proposals and ensure ISD compliance across curricula.
• Mentor team members on courseware design standards.
