CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Web/Multimedia Programmer to develop training programs and courseware using established ISD processes.
You will create interactive graphics, multimedia elements, animations, and web content for aviation training, collaborating with SMEs to ensure accuracy and instructional soundness. Responsibilities include developing materials, assessing training needs, maintaining traceability, supporting proposals, and ensuring ISD compliance across curricula while mentoring
The Web/Multimedia Programmer supports the development of training programs and courseware using established Instructional Systems Design (ISD) processes. This role produces interactive graphics, multimedia elements, animations, and webbased content for aviation training courseware and related design assignments. The Web/Multimedia Programmer collaborates closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure instructional materials areaccurate, engaging, and instructionally sound. Responsibilities include developing course materials, conducting training needs assessments,maintainingtraceability of courseware updates, supporting proposal efforts, and ensuring ISD compliance across extensive curricula. This position requires strong multimedia development capabilities, technicalskill, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict timelines.
