Job summary

CAE USA in Altus, OK seeks a Graphic Artist/Multimedia Specialist 3D Interactive Developer to create high-definition 2D/3D graphics for aviation courseware and related design tasks. You will work with SMEs and ISD processes to ensure training meets technical requirements within a time-sensitive schedule.

The role requires 5+ years of experience producing interactive course materials, strong HTML5 skills, and proficiency with MS Office; LMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience producing interactive course materials, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in systematic curriculum development or instructional design methodologies.
• Experience designing and developing self-paced, interactive instructional content.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to develop and review course materials, including instructional methods, course objectives, and valid assessment tools.
• Apply established instructional design processes across an extensive curriculum.
• Analyze training needs assessments for assigned projects and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Assist in the creation of training tasks and products aligned with established requirements.
• Design, refine, and improve instructional tools and development processes.
