AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a Web Content Manager to lead the system's web ecosystem, improve pages and assets, and drive SEO and performance through collaboration with design, content, and analytics teams.
The role requires an Associate degree and 1+ year of experience with web content management systems and project management. CMS experience preferred with day-one benefits and a competitive pay range.

Implements the strategic vision for the system's web ecosystem. Contributes to web best practices and ensures the website performance is optimal. Collaborates to support implementation, analysis, and optimization of website pages and digital assets. Delivers optimal website design, functionality, and search engine optimization using reports and input from design, content, copy and analytics teams. Conducts analysis, website audits, competitive assessments, browser compliance, mobile responsiveness, and user testing. Reviews and leverages automated scripts and crawlers to maintain the freshness, integrity, and quality of the website and digital assets. Collaborates with website staff, cross-functional teams, and partners/vendors to maintain alignment of website content and assets. Communicates the status of website updates daily. Coordinates documentation, education, and enforcement of website management and compliance processes and standards. Ensures compliance on image and content credit and use rights for all corporate websites and landing pages. Recommends updates to content and page modifications to increase website traffic and ensure the website ranks and converts. Adheres to project management timelines for website projects. Other duties as assigned.
