Job summary
Welldoc Inc in Columbia, MD, is seeking a Web Marketing Manager to oversee website updates, ADA compliance, and day-to-day performance of our corporate site. You’ll balance SEO, accessibility, analytics, and CRO to drive organic B2B and B2C growth while maintaining site health and governance.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years managing B2B corporate websites in healthcare/digital health.
- Experience leading end-to-end web projects with external agencies.
- Proficient in WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, or Drupal and frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog.
Responsibilities
- Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to drive high-quality organic traffic.
- Champion accessibility and WCAG 2.2 AA compliance across the site.
- Manage day-to-day web edits, CMS updates, and landing pages with HTML/CSS/JS.
- Set up analytics (GA4, GTM) and build Looker Studio dashboards; run CRO tests.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and designers to deliver web projects on time.
