As a Customer Success Specialist at Acres, you'll play a crucial role in helping clients leverageour map-based land intelligence platform to make informed decisions about America's largestasset. Reporting to the Customer Success Senior Manager, you'll serve as the primaryadvocate for our customers, ensuring they maximize the value of Acres' comprehensive landdata and analytics capabilities. This role combines technical aptitude with strong relationshipmanagement skills to drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and growth.
