Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing full-stack web apps with API integrations.
• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (Node.js, React).
• Hands-on with cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to automation tools, RPA bots, or IDP solutions.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
• Ability to deliver complete frontend+backend features from specs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA rules and remote-work readiness.

At Coforge, we are hiring a Web Full Stack Engineer (#20942-11-1) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and scale high-performance, cloud-native web applications across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Transform prototypes, internal automation tools, and predictive models into scalable, production-ready features in collaboration with product and data teams.
• Optimize backend worker queues, background jobs, and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and low latency.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, improve code quality, conduct code reviews, and automate testing.
• Build dashboards that provide visibility into automation pipelines and support integrations with platforms such as UiPath and Gemini Agents.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a culture of mentorship and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing full-stack web applications, including complex API integrations and background job processing.
• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake), HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies such as Node.js and React.
• Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and monitoring scalable applications in a public cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Practical exposure to automation tools, RPA bots, automated agents, or Document Intelligence/Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.
• Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows to improve productivity and code quality.
• Ability to develop complete product features across the frontend and backend based on specifications or mockups.
• Compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Ability to work remotely with a private, quiet workspace and high-speed internet.
• Willingness and ability to communicate through webcam, video conferences, and phone.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI agents using tools such as OpenClaw, UiPath, or Gemini AI Studio.
• Familiarity with Document Intelligence APIs such as Azure Document Intelligence, AWS Textract, or Google Cloud Document AI.
• Experience with complex state machines and message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka, or Pub/Sub.
• Knowledge of cloud-native tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, skills.md , multi-agent orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
