Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing full-stack web apps with API integrations.
• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (Node.js, React).
• Hands-on with cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to automation tools, RPA bots, or IDP solutions.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
• Ability to deliver complete frontend+backend features from specs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA rules and remote-work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale cloud-native web apps across frontend, backend, and infra.
• Transform prototypes and automation tools into production features with data teams.
• Optimize background jobs and cloud infra for high availability and low latency.
