You will coach engineers, shape the technical roadmap, and partner with Product, Design, Security, and Infrastructure to raise quality and velocity. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, implement best practices in modern web architectures (Angular/React, micro-frontend), and build a culture of ownership, innovation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience with modern web apps using Angular or React.
• Experience with micro-frontend architectures and modern web patterns.
• Strong understanding of security, privacy, and data protection for web apps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the long-term engineering strategy for the Mobility Web Experience.
• Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop and maintain the engineering roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Hire, coach, and grow engineering managers and engineers.
• Balance delivery velocity with quality and reliability.
