Job summary

Neros is seeking a Web & Digital Experience Designer to own how we show up across our website and digital footprint. You will design, develop, QA, and deploy web updates, mapping digital journeys for military end users, government procurement, and the public.

Based in the US, you will own our web presence, work with Brand Design to maintain systems, and translate complex products into intuitive experiences. A strong portfolio and 5+ years of web design are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web and digital design, preferably in defense, aerospace, robotics or frontier tech.
• Expert level with low-code front-end tools like Webflow.
• Own web launches end-to-end (design and ship live pages, not hand off).
• Strong command of layout, typography, responsive design, and design systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to document processes.

Responsibilities

• Own web design and deployment end to end from brief to launch and iterative improvement.
• Implement reactive and interactive elements including animations and micro-interactions.
• Evolve digital design language across web surfaces, templates, and navigation.
• Collaborate with Brand Design to maintain the web design system and components.
• Review cycles with Marketing and leadership in staging environments.
• Translate complex products into intuitive, engaging web experiences.
• Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve usability.
