Job summary

NALEJ Corporation seeks an experienced UI/UX Lead - Enterprise Platforms to drive design strategy, usability, accessibility, and frontend experience across our enterprise portfolio. Hybrid role blending design and frontend engineering.

You will translate complex government-grade workflows into intuitive interfaces, build a cohesive design system, and deliver production-ready React components in a modern AWS-based environment for DoD/federal customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in UI/UX, product design, frontend or related disciplines.
• 3+ years in hybrid UI/UX and frontend engineering roles.
• Designed complex enterprise/government or data‑intensive apps.
• Strong portfolio with dashboards, analytics, and data platforms.
• Proficient with Figma and modern frontend development practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UI/UX for multiple enterprise apps and platform capabilities.
• Translate complex data/workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Develop journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Establish UI/UX standards to improve usability and adoption.
• Collaborate with architects, PO, backend, and DevOps on frontend decisions.
• Design, build, and govern a unified enterprise design system.
• Ensure accessibility per 508 / WCAG 2.1 AA from the start.
