Robinhood is seeking a Web Engineer to lead the web development process and deliver products from inception to deployment. You will collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to ship high-impact features for a web-first trading experience.

The role focuses on building fast, intuitive, and reliable web experiences with React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS, and involves working with multidisciplinary teams across the Robinhood Legend platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience with modern Web standards, technologies, and frameworks.
• Proficient at writing and debugging JavaScript in Node and browser environments.
• Obsessed with building a best-in-class developer experience.
• Track record of leading projects and delivering large-scale technical work.
• Strong focus on code quality, testing, and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, performant products using React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS.
• Own features from inception to launch as the web expert on the team.
• Build and improve tools to support Robinhood's operations and platforms.
• Collaborate with design and product to rapidly iterate and ship features.
• Develop frameworks and abstractions to accelerate other developers.
