Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Web Development Manager to lead a team of developers focused on multiple branded websites. You will translate complex requirements into technical designs, manage resources, and drive frontend and backend work across React, Node.js, PHP, and C#.

This onsite role requires strong leadership and deep web tech knowledge. You will collaborate with other teams, maintain documentation, and ensure the team stays current with trends while coordinating upgrades and training.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of web development experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript; React, Node.js, PHP and C#.
• Experience with CMS platforms and web technologies.
• Understanding of HTTP, XML, JSON, and databases (SQL).
• Experience with Agile methodologies on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate web development staff across design, development, and maintenance.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and architecture.
• Oversee project progress, reviews, issues, and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure ongoing training.
