Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of professional web development experience.
• Demonstrated experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience managing and publishing content through CMS.
• Ability to develop and maintain functional, responsive, accessible, and user-friendly websites.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple web content requirements.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and update organizational websites and web-based products.
• Create and manage digital content supporting USARCENT public affairs objectives.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Manage, publish, and update content through CMS.
• Ensure content is accurate, current, accessible, and aligned with branding.
• Test websites for functionality, usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Identify and resolve broken links and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and policies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement updates.
• Support online communications, graphics, and multimedia content.
• Maintain website documentation, inventories, and quality-control procedures.
