Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Web Developer / Graphics Design Specialist for Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role requires a Secret clearance and entails developing and maintaining intranet and public-facing sites with WCAG AA accessibility and DoD publishing standards.

You will work with Adobe Creative Suite to design interfaces, coordinate content with subject matter experts, and ensure ongoing accessibility compliance and security of web assets.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M baseline certification within six months of appointment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains ATEC intranet and public-facing websites and graphic interfaces, ensuring Section 508 and WCAG AA accessibility compliance and DoD publishing standards.
• Maintains ATEC, ATC, AEC, and OEC intranet sites using a Government-provided portal or web development technology.
• Maintains public-facing internet sites in accordance with DoD policy and Army publishing standards, obtaining PAO approval and maintaining a change log.
• Ensures all web interfaces meet Section 508 and WCAG AA accessibility standards.
• Coordinates content updates with departmental content owners and subject matter experts and mitigates vulnerabilities.
