Job summary

InsideOut is seeking a remote Web Developer & Technical SEO Specialist to build and optimize WordPress sites using Bricks Builder, ensuring high performance and brand consistency.

You will create landing pages, loan-program pages, blogs, and case studies, implement structured data, handle GA4 and GTM, and test across devices.

The role requires strong design focus, QA discipline, and the ability to work independently in a remote, international team with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced hands-on Bricks Builder experience.
• Strong WordPress development experience with themes/plugins and site structure.
• Deep knowledge of schema, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, page speed and SEO workflows.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Search Console for analytics and tracking.
• Excellent design sense, responsive layouts, and brand alignment.
• Proven QA discipline and ability to follow documented workflows.
• A portfolio showing modern web design and strong branding execution.
• Experience in mortgage, lending, real estate, financial services, or regulated industries.
• Experience with paid ads (Google Ads or Meta Ads).
• Familiarity with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, and attribution tools.
• Experience with Claude, MCP connectors, or AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a fast, accurate, and design-focused Web Developer & Technical SEO Specialist to own website development and technical SEO. You will build, optimize, test, and publish landing pages, loan-program pages, blogs, and case studies while maintaining strong brand consistency and site performance.

PLEASE NOTE:

This is a hands-on production role. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in WordPress and Bricks Builder, design-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling technical SEO and QA.

• Build responsive pages, templates, reusable components, and global styles using Bricks Builder.
• Maintain consistent typography, spacing, layouts, and branding.
• Build and publish landing pages, loan-program pages, blogs, and case studies.
• Optimize site architecture, crawlability, indexing, redirects, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.
• Implement schema/structured data and optimize content for search, answer engines, and generative AI.
• Prepare landing pages for paid campaigns and verify forms, CTAs, URLs, and mobile usability.
• Implement and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
• Leverage Claude/MCP and AI tools to improve development, content, QA, and SEO workflows.
• Follow strict pre-publish QA processes and quickly resolve site issues.
