TailWerks LLC is seeking a highly capable web specialist for a 100% remote contractor role open to applicants worldwide. You will build and maintain client websites and landing pages on WordPress, Duda, and GoHighLevel, ensuring speed, responsiveness, and solid SEO foundations.
You will own from concept through launch: testing forms, tracking, schema, hosting, DNS, SSL, and migrations, coordinating with Design, SEO, PPC, and Account Management, and documenting changes for future teams.
Role details: This is a 100% remote contractor role open to applicants worldwide.
A pet owner should be able to find the service, trust the business, and take the next step without fighting the website. You will build and maintain websites and landing pages that make that path clear, work correctly on real devices, load responsibly, and support the client's SEO and paid media.
This role owns more than the visible page. Forms, call tracking, analytics, schema, hosting, DNS, SSL, responsiveness, and launch QA all matter. You will coordinate with Design, SEO, PPC, and Account Management, then document the finished work so another qualified person can understand what changed.
Nothing goes live on confidence alone. You test the form, the tracking, the links, the layout, and the approved content before launch, then verify the live result.
You own the quality of the build and the condition of the live result. A broken form, missing tag, or mobile bug is investigated rather than handed off as someone else's problem.
You raise scope gaps, access needs, technical risks, and launch blockers before the deadline and document what changed after the work is complete.
You understand the page goal, user path, source of truth, tracking plan, and approval state before writing code or changing a live site.
You respond to critical issues, keep tasks current, and make your progress and blockers visible during the agreed working window.
Shipping code is not the result. The result is a page that works, can be measured, supports the marketing goal, and can be maintained.
Clients receive tested, stable work and clear updates. Internal debugging and uncertainty are handled without creating preventable client chaos.
A build is complete when the live page, forms, tracking, links, and responsive behavior have been tested and the evidence is recorded.
Learn the platforms, client environments, access rules, QA standards, tracking approach, documentation, and deployment process. Complete supervised fixes and builds.
Own routine builds, maintenance, QA, tracking work, and documentation for assigned sites with less review.
Own the assigned web scorecard, ship reliable work with fewer corrections, identify production risks early, and improve at least one reusable component, checklist, or deployment process.
