Elevation Marketing in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Senior Web Developer & SEO Specialist to own front-end development across client websites, microsites, and landing pages while driving organic search performance through technical SEO and advanced optimization practices. You will work with the Sr.

Director of Digital Marketing, coordinate external development vendors, and contribute to client deliverables demanding technical precision.

Qualifications

5+ years in hands-on front-end web development, preferably agency/B2B.
Strong technical SEO experience with measurable impact on organic search.
Experience coordinating with external development vendors in an agency or production setting.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS across WordPress/Webflow/HubSpot.
Knowledge of structured data, Core Web Vitals, and AI-driven search practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical clients and teams.

Responsibilities

Lead front-end development and end-to-end website production across client sites.
Drive organic search performance through technical SEO and optimization.
Coordinate external development vendors and manage technical scopes.
Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
