Job summary

Chapman University is seeking a Web Developer to plan, develop, and manage Chapman’s online marketing web properties. You will code, maintain, and optimize internal and external sites while aligning with digital marketing goals and accessibility standards.

The role requires collaboration with the digital marketing team, hands-on development experience, and proficiency with WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and analytics tools. This is an on-campus, full-time position in Orange, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years web development and programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with the SMC web team to develop and maintain websites and marketing tools.
• Write clean, robust code and ensure uptime, performance, and accessibility.
• Develop tools for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing systems to meet goals.
• Support maintenance of web properties and keep systems updated and compliant.
• Collaborate with campus partners and manage project scope within Scrum process.
