Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Web Developer / Graphics Design Specialist at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role requires developing and maintaining intranet and public websites with a strong focus on accessibility and DoD publishing standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R) is required.
• DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M baseline certification with CE certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains ATEC intranet and public websites and graphic interfaces.
• Ensure Section 508 and WCAG AA accessibility compliance and DoD publishing standards.
• Coordinate content updates with departmental owners and subject matter experts.
• Maintain intranet sites using a Government-provided portal or web development tech.
• Maintain public-facing sites in accordance with DoD policy and Army publishing standards.
