Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Web Developer / Graphics Design Specialist to build and sustain ATEC intranet and public websites at Aberdeen Proving Ground, ensuring accessibility and DoD standards. You will manage graphic interfaces, coordinate updates with subject matter experts, and maintain change logs while complying with security and publishing requirements.

Required are US citizenship, English proficiency, and an Active Secret clearance with DoD baseline certifications.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship must be confirmed.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M baseline certification appropriate to the role obtained within six months.
• Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R) required prior to performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ATEC intranet and public-facing websites and graphic interfaces.
• Ensure Section 508 and WCAG AA accessibility compliance and DoD publishing standards.
• Maintain intranet sites using Government-provided portal or web development tech.
• Maintain public-facing internet sites per DoD policy and Army publishing standards with PAO approval.
• Coordinate content updates with departmental owners and SME, and mitigate vulnerabilities.
