Job summary

PEOPLE TECHNOLOGY AND PROCESSES LLC is seeking a Web Developer / Graphics Design Specialist to support development and upkeep of internal and public web experiences for ATEC. Onsite role at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, focusing on graphic interfaces and websites that meet 508 and WCAG AA accessibility and DoD publishing standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining intranet and public sites, coordinating content with owners, and ensuring security and vulnerability mitigation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
U.S. citizenship required.
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software.
Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R).
DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M baseline certification required prior to performance; CE certification within six months of appointment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain graphic interfaces and websites using tools including the Adobe Creative Suite.
Maintain intranet sites using a Government-provided portal or other web development technology.
Maintain public-facing internet sites in accordance with DoD policy and Army publishing standards, including PAO approval and change log updates.
Ensure all web interfaces meet Section 508 and WCAG AA accessibility standards.
Coordinate content updates with departmental content owners and subject matter experts, and mitigate vulnerabilities.
