Job summary

adeo, a brand, digital, and communications agency in Baltimore, seeks a front-end-leaning web developer who cares how things feel. You’ll partner with designers, build sites on the CMS that fits each client, and ensure performance, accessibility, and detail.

You’ll work on client websites from Figma to production, across WordPress, Craft, Drupal, or headless stacks, delivering motion and interaction that matter. Baltimore-based, with contract-to-hire possible.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building production websites, agency or studio experience preferred.
• Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals; experience with at least one modern framework.
• Real CMS build experience on at least two platforms.
• A portfolio of live sites you can walk us through, including your specific role.
• An eye for design: you notice the 2px that's off, and it bothers you.
• Accessibility and performance treated as part of the job, not extras.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a front-end-leaning web developer who cares how things feel, not just whether they work. You'll partner closely with our designers from design-system stage through launch, build sites on the CMS that fits each client, and hold the line on performance, accessibility, and detail.

This is a full-time role based in Baltimore; we'll also consider contract-to-hire for the right person.
