adeo is a woman-owned brand and communications agency for organizations at inflection points. We seek a Senior Designer, Brand + Digital who can lead brand identity and complex website design from brief through launch, collaborating with the Creative Director and project team.

You bring deep craft in identities and digital systems, strong typography, and a playbook that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, plus a curiosity about AI applications to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior agency or studio experience leading design on large, multi-audience, CMS-driven websites.
• Demonstrated brand and digital craft with distinctive identities and complex digital work.
• Strategic judgment and clear communication translating research into creative briefs.
• Figma mastery and implementation fluency including components and prototyping.
• Experience with motion/interaction design to strengthen brand and user experience.
• Practical experience using AI in exploration, prototyping or design-system documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead brand identities and visual systems across digital and print applications.
• Collaborate with strategists, writers, developers and project managers to define priorities.
• Deliver design concepts with clear rationale and client-facing presentations.
• Create organized Figma files and prototypes; ensure accessibility and responsive behavior.
• Provide specifications and review built experiences for quality and usability.
