adeo, a brand, digital, and communications agency in Baltimore, is seeking a designer with strong foundations and real range to move between brand identities, website design systems, and campaigns with craft and speed.

You'll work with creative leads and strategists from concept through shipped work, and your fingerprints will be on real client work from week one. This full-time role is based in Baltimore, with a team that values craft and collaboration.

Formación

• 3-5 years of hands-on design experience, agency or studio preferred.
• A portfolio of shipped digital and brand work, not just concepts.
• Strong typography, layout, and systems thinking.
• Fluency in Figma; motion or interaction skills are a plus.
• Comfort with feedback, iteration, and ambiguity.
• Curiosity about AI tools as part of the craft, with judgment about their limits.

Responsabilidades

• Design across brand and digital: identities, websites, campaigns, presentations, and marketing.
• Build and maintain design systems in Figma with pixel-level care.
• Take direction well and then push past it: explore, iterate, and bring options that surprise us.
• Prepare clean, developer-ready handoffs and stay engaged through build and QA.
• Use modern tools, including AI, to move faster without letting them make the calls.

We're looking for a designer with strong foundations and real range: someone who can move between a brand identity, a website design system, and a campaign without losing craft or speed.
