The role emphasizes front‑end development with modern technologies, performance optimization, and adherence to WCAG/Section 508 standards. Occasional travel may be required in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of web or software development experience.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and Git version control.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and cross‑browser compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive, accessible web applications.
• Translate UX/UI designs into working web experiences.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and developers across projects.
• Build reusable front‑end components and integrate with REST APIs.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and security practices meet standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
