Optimizely in New York, NY is seeking a Web Developer to join our digital experiences team. You will translate design files into polished, high‑performing web pages and build reusable UI components that power our marketing site.
Collaborating with designers, content teams, and engineers, you will connect the front end to content via a headless CMS, apply Tailwind CSS, and ensure accessibility and code quality through testing and reviews.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Web Development, the Web Developer will be a core part of our digital experience team-working at the intersection of front‑end development, content, and marketing to build a world‑class web presence powered by Optimizely's own market‑leading SaaS CMS.
In this role, you will turn design files into polished, high‑performing web experiences that bring our brand to life and make our site easier to grow. Working closely with a team of multidisciplinary designers, content creators, and senior engineers, you will build and maintain reusable UI components, ship pixel‑accurate pages from Figma, and connect the front end to content through a headless CMS.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience)

Total Target Compensation range: $74,000-$137,000
